Eligibility: Completion of one (1) questionnaire entitles the user to one (1) gift. For the avoidance of doubt, each user is entitled to only one (1) redemption throughout the duration of this promotion.

Non-Transferability: The automated email confirmation serving as proof of completed questionnaire is non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.

Proof of Completion and Identity: Users are required to present the automated email confirmation (proof of completed questionnaire) and may be required to provide proof of identity or receipt of purchase upon redemption.

In-Person Redemption: Gift redemption must be done in person at the local Nikon service centre.

First Come, First Served: Gift redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability while stocks last.

Gift Substitution: We reserve the right to replace the gift with an alternative of similar value at our sole discretion without prior notice. The gift is non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.

Redemption Period: The gift must be redeemed by 31st March 2026, 15:00 local time. No redemptions will be accepted after this date and time.

Final Decision: Our decision on all matters relating to this gift redemption is final and binding.
