เรียนท่านผู้ใช้กล้อง DSLR Nikon D5000 ขอบพระคุณทุกท่านที่เลือกใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ถ่ายภาพ Nikon Nikon ได้ตรวจสอบพบว่าส่วนประกอบอิเลคทรอนิคส์บางชิ้นของส่วนจ่ายพลังงานในกล้อง Nikon D5000 บางตัว มีคุณภาพต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน และในบางกรณีซึ่งพบน้อยมากอาจส่งผลให้กล้องเปิดใช้งานไม่ได้ Nikon จึงขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า บริษัทฯได้พบสาเหตุของข้อบกพร่อง และสามารถเปิดให้บริการแก้ไขกล้องที่มีปัญหาดังกล่าวได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2552 เป็นต้นไป โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆทั้งสิ้นสำหรับกล้อง Nikon D5000 ที่พบปัญหาการใช้งานข้างต้น โปรดกรอกหมายเลขเครื่องของกล้องในช่องด้านล่างเพื่อตรวจสอบว่าเป็นกล้องที่อยู่ล็อตสินค้าที่มีข้อบกพร่องดังกล่าวหรือไม่ หากเป็นกล้องที่อยู่ในล็อตสินค้าที่มีข้อบกพร่อง จะปรากฏข้อความแสดงให้นำกล้องเข้ามาดำเนินการแก้ไขที่ศูนย์บริการ หากตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่าไม่เป็นกล้องที่มีข้อบกพร่อง ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้กล้องตัวดังกล่าวได้ต่อไป โดยไม่ต้องนำกล้องเข้ามาที่ศูนย์บริการแต่อย่างใด หมายเหตุ : Nikon ได้เพิ่มฐานข้อมูลหมายเลขเครื่องของกล้องที่มีข้อบกพร่องดังกล่าว ดังนั้นผู้ใช้กล้อง Nikon D5000 ที่ได้เคยตรวจสอบไปแล้ว ควรทำการตรวจสอบซ้ำอีกครั้งว่าเป็นกล้องที่มีปัญหาดังกล่าวหรือไม่ Nikon จะรักษามาตรฐานการผลิตและการตรวจสอบสินค้าเพื่อมิให้ปัญหาลักษณะนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต บริษัทฯหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าท่านผู้มีอุปการะคุณทุกท่านยังคงให้ความไว้วางใจเลือกใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ Nikon ต่อไปในอนาคต และขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกทั้งหลายที่เกิดขึ้นจากข้อบกพร่องสินค้าดังกล่าวมา ณ ที่นี้ รายละเอียดของความบกพร่อง Nikon D5000 ที่พบมีดังนี้ 1. เปิดสวิทซ์แล้วกล้องไม่ทำงาน แม้ใช้แบตเตอรี่ที่ชาร์จเต็ม 2. เปิดสวิทซ์แล้วกล้องไม่ทำงาน เมื่อต่อผ่าน AC Adapter EH-5a และ Power Connector EP-5 หากกล้อง Nikon D5000 ที่ใช้พบปัญหาดังกล่าว สามารถนำกล้องมาดำเนินการแก้ไขได้ที่ บริษัท นิคส์(ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด และโปรดนำบัตรรับประกันและใบเสร็จรับเงินติดตัวมาด้วยเมื่อมารับบริการ บริษัท นิคส์(ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด 166 สีลม 12 บางรัก กทม. 10500 วัน-เวลาทำการ : จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30-17.30 น. โทร. 0-2235-2929-32 แผนที่ Service Advisory for users of Nikon D5000 digital-SLR camera (Updated 12 August 2009) August 12, 2009 NIKON CORPORATION NIKON HONG KONG LTD. Nikon service facilities have began accepting products affected by this issue on 27 July for repair. Repairs performed by Authorized Nikon Service Facilities will be free of charge. If your camera is affected, instructions for repairs will be displayed. Otherwise, please be assured that repairs to your camera are not necessary and you may continue using it without further concerns. Note: Additional product serial numbers have been added to our list.
